While those under 18 may dread it, parents (especially Ryan Patrick) call it the most wonderful time of the year. Back to school is upon us and I hope you all have your #2 pencils sharpened and your lunch boxes packed! While your kids head back to the classroom we have an idea of how you can be spending all of this new free time (that’s how it works, right?).
Take a look below to see how you can be a part of a super-awesome-elite-kick-butt-pizza-lover club and get a chance to read Tim, Ryan, and Lynn’s new book coming out in October before anyone else gets their grubby little paws on it. Plus, you get to be a part of a Facebook page where you will get to see some behind the scenes action and possibly some more fantastic pictures like the one above.
Have a great weekend!
PS – Rylie obviously gets her good looks from her mother and Charlie is just downright adorable – look at that shirt!
Stuff we wrote this past week:
On Tuesday, we’re expecting! Due October 24th Tim, along with Ryan and Lynn, is releasing a new book, Brand Your Own Business. It’s been years in the making and you are not going to want to miss out.
On Thursday, do you like to help people? Do you like free stuff? We are looking for people just like you to join our book launch team. There’s a little bit of work involved, but c’mon, you know you want to be a part of this. Remember…free stuff.
On Friday, it was another edition of, yep, you guessed it – Practically Social. In honor of back to school we put a special focus on teachers and some other pretty smart people.
Stuff we liked this week:
First, don’t touch the tray tables. I repeat, do not touch the tray tables. This article is full of advice from flight attendants, including DO NOT TOUCH THE TRAY TABLES.
Second, ever seen a picture of yourself and thought…is that really what I look like? Let’s hope for Chelsey’s sake, her passport photo isn’t accurate.
Third, there doesn’t seem to be much that can surpass the awesomeness of Bill Murray being brought to tears by the Groundhog Day show on Broadway, subsequently followed by his heartfelt speech to the cast.
Fourth, what could possibly be more riveting than the history of the napkin? Everything? Yea, you’re probably right…
Fifth, these are some brave kids.
How can we help you?
Well, so that’s a start to our weekend and yours as well. We’ll grow this a little over time as we add content and think of other stuff. During the week, we’re primarily going to write about the five major levels of The First Order of Business, and we’ll share our best tips on management, marketing, and motivation.
In addition, we take requests. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s a topic you’d like us to tackle.
Thanks for your time! Enjoy your weekend!
