Stuff we wrote this past week:
On Monday, wouldn’t it be nice if you could get your whole team working together towards one goal? Wouldn’t it be even better if you could achieve that by asking one question? I have an idea on How To Make Sure Your Team’s On The Same Page In Less Than 5 Minutes. Give it a shot.
On Tuesday, perspective is important, and not just your own. In today’s busy world it’s easy to forget Why Your Team’s Perspective Matters More Than Ever. Nuclear fusion is important too…that’s a different post for a different day though.
On Wednesday, now that you asked your team one question to get on the same page, have you thought about What To Do If A Team Member’s Visions Do – Or Don’t – Match Your Own?
On Thursday, think of achieving your goals and values as that big red X on a treasure map. How are you going to get there? It is simple, but not easy, with The 6 Steps To Set (& Accomplish) Goals Toward Your Vision. Parrot, patch, and peg leg not included.
Stuff we liked this week:
First, ice cream for breakfast? Dude, it’s science, just go with it.
Second, new research shows that evolution and life may not be all about survival of the fittest. A lot may depend on how well a species can work together. And scientists are calling it…wait for it…”snuggle for survival”.
Third, a possible cure for Type 1 Diabetes. There are no words to describe how awesome this is.
Fourth, when something good happens you should always thank your wife or your girlfriend. Just try to remember not to thank them both at the same time…on national TV.
Fifth, no one thinks it cute when I react to eating my bacon like this every Sunday…
How can we help you?
Well, so that’s a start to our weekend and yours as well. We’ll grow this a little over time as we add content and think of other stuff. During the week, we’re primarily going to write about the five major levels of The First Order of Business, and we’ll share our best tips on management, marketing, and motivation.
In addition, we take requests. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s a topic you’d like us to tackle.
Thanks for your time! Enjoy your weekend!
