Have you ever felt so blessed that it dropped to your knees?
With great pleasure, I get to announce that our little firm is growing again. Deidre and I are proud to welcome Mark Dynis (pictured here with my son and me) to Miles & Company to help manage our operations department. Mark’s a true pro and an even better man. Mark and his wife, Bethany, have been like family to us for more than a decade. Now, they’re part of our family, and we couldn’t be happier.
Meet Our Team
In 2015, Mark will take over Lynn’s role as Chief Plate Spinner and become my other brother from another mother. (Hi Marge!)
In addition to retaining her role as Executive Sister, Lynn is being promoted to our Director of Research & Development. Just wait until you see—and benefit from—some of the stuff she’s been imagining with our marketing director, Nancy. Nancy will also remain in charge of the MCo Sports Desk until Graham Dynis reaches a legal working age.
Ryan remains our Grand Poobah of Message Development and my original brother from another mother. (Hi Paula!)
Adam Donmoyer continues to be our media buyer of choice as he’s figured out how to do really well for our clients but with kindness instead of harshness.
Steve Rae joins Michele Miller, Bryan & Jeffrey Eisenberg, and Roy H. Williams as our Chief Advisors and Counsel Council.
NPS
Two weeks ago today, we sent out our latest NPS survey to clients. Our current score is 91. That’s two years’ worth of nearly-perfect client satisfaction scores.
We’re not perfect… far from it… but I’m so grateful to watch this small practice turn into a small business with happy clients across the US and Canada.
How have we done it?
- We’ve hired smarter people who are better than us at certain things but share our values.
- We’ve hired a balance of women and men.
- We’ve hired a balance of left-brain and right-brain dominance.
- We’ve hired a balance of dreamers, planners, and doers.
- We try to give them everything they need to succeed.
In 2015, we’re going to be providing you with more opportunities to learn how to do the same.
Thank you for joining us on this wonderful ride.
Dee and I are so thankful for you, too.
