I want to test a theory, and I need one company interested in helping me test it. I promise you nothing except that it might help you, and it might not. It probably will. In no way can it hurt you except that it might take up a total of three hours of company time. I’m unwilling to go into many more details than that, other than it’s a short project that requires little effort on your company’s part except to do three exercises with your team at the beginning, then report back to me every quarter over the next year to let me know what’s happening.
It can’t be a new company, and it can’t be one of our clients because we’ve already adjusted some of the variables in this equation in my head. You need to be at least a year old, and you need to have at least a dozen employees.
I only want to try this with one company. I think it could be pretty cool.
Contact me if you’re interested. Have a wonderful weekend!
(And thanks to Ruth and Tracy and everyone at Illinois CASA for a very meaningful training day Thursday. Lynn and I were grateful for the opportunity to speak to your incredible organization.)
