(Last week’s video was very well received (thank you!), so I’m doing another video where it’s just you and me as if we were at a coffee house or pub. Rather than just typing and teaching, it’s just a little talking and a behind-the-scenes glimpse look into the real us, our week, and our world.)
Stuff I mentioned:
- We loved (and used points for) the Atlanta Embassy Suites at Olympic Centennial Park.
- Zoo Atlanta is amazing!
- Georgia Aquarium – take the behind the scenes tour.
- I didn’t mention in the video, but we had breakfast our first morning at Atlanta Breakfast Club, and we give it eight thumbs up. It’s a great, local breakfast and lunch spot. We met the owners, and the service was great. Do not miss the breakfast tacos!
- Also not mentioned, but a HUGE HIGH FIVE to my wife for a world-record speed run through Atlanta’s Ikea (which is a Swedish word meaning, “rat maze”). Dee had us in and out of that store—with purchases—in 17 minutes. As we finished, Will, Sarah, and I stopped, stood, and applauded.
- There are 2,620,000 results for “should I sign up for travel loyalty programs.” I picked the first one, and it looks like a really good place to start.
- Remember, Ryan and I do a podcast every other Wednesday. You can check it out at FunnyBusinessPodcast.com.
- #walkerstalkercon
- Forbes article about The Green Bay Packers having the best fans (unless they’re in front of you in the sausage buffet).
- The Escape Game Nashville.
- Oh, and if you like it, here’s a link to buy my shirt from John Prine’s website.
Have a great week! I’m not sure I’ll record one of these every Monday—or ever again—but we’ll see how things go. We’ll be back tomorrow with our regularly scheduled stuff.
