Don’t do it.

Don’t feed the alligators.
It’s tempting, but they will grow too big and demand too much.

It’s what keeps us from becoming all we were meant to be.

Don’t do it.

Instead

Accept help.
Cultivate relationships.
Get off the couch.
Turn off the TV.
Consider it joy.
Smile and say thank you.
