The Columbia Daily Tribune reported yesterday that Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon has filed suit against a local motor-sports dealer for advertising what Nixon termed, "a classic bait-and-switch scheme."
If these accusations prove true – and we do not know that to be the case – then it hurts not only those consumers allegedly duped but every honest business owner regardless of their craft.
If these accusations prove true … then everyone whose heard or read the news story will trust advertising a little less.
