RG3
Sunday, Washington Redskins rookie Robert Griffin III had the best debut by a rookie quarterback in the history of professional football.
What can you learn?
Washington didn’t try to fit RG3 and his many naturally athletic gifts into their system. They molded their system to his gifts.
It seems to me like they said to him, “Okay, Robert? What were your favorite plays in college? We’ll implement those and teach everybody else those.”
Can you mold your institution around the unique talents of your team? If you can you can make your whole greater than the sum of your parts.
PEYTON
Old, broken, washed-up, shoulda-retired-two-years-ago Peyton Manning switched teams and went out and managed a nearly perfect offensive effort and his team to a win against the toughest, meanest defense in the league.
What can you learn?
Haters gon hate. Keep working. Keep studying. Show everyone up and shut everyone up with your success.
Well played, boys.
