I want you to buy this book for your company, and then I want you to flip through it, and I want you to make a plan to use it.
If you’re not going to buy it, you need to take a long, hard look at yourself and why you’re unwilling.
I think your company is going to be in real trouble in the years to come if you’re not willing to get on board with a different, endearing, empowered way of thinking.
If you have a reason why you don’t think your company needs this book (other than you already own it), I’d love to hear it.
