One of the main ways to keep customers coming back and to even gain new customers is to let them know how much they are appreciated, and show interest in them while they are in shopping at Pomegranate Market. In reality, if we had no customers, we would have no store. The main focus should ALWAYS be on the customers (and less focus should be placed on all the “little things” that need to get done throughout the day). After all, nothing else really matters if we don’t have people who regularly shop at the store.
