760 miles, 31 hours, and 1 speech in Indy later, I’ve wrapped up the McD Winter Tour… eight cities and a couple thousand of McDonald’s best and brightest leaders listened to me talk about employee engagement, time management, and Shareworthy Customer Service through a prism of a young man who looks at the world a little differently, and what he’s taught our family.
I’m tired as I write this, but it’s a good tired. Today, our get-together was at the Colts’ training facility. I got to walk on a stage used many times by one of my heroes, Tony Dungy. I feel very blessed. I believe we’ve helped a lot of people believe that leading with love is not only possible but necessary.
