A few days back, I gave a couple presentations in Valparaiso, Indiana, and I had about ten minutes of extra material on strategic planning tacked onto the end of a talk I give on Managing Change.
I’m playing with some new screencasting equipment, and I learned – among other things – that I probably shouldn’t wear my glasses. But I also learned that I really like this technology.

In this video you mentioned going outside our area of business to find answers to problems. Reading and listening to your ideas helps me in the “stuck places” of my adult ESL classroom. How’s that for doin’ your homework?
