We are not a traditional advertising agency. We’re anything but traditional – you have to be okay with that upfront. We do not charge commission. We do not do billable hours.

What we do
We’re a communications consulting firm that helps your owner-operated company do three things:
- Develop a strategic marketing plan and tactics to execute that plan that are custom-tailored to fit you, your values and your market.
- Write messages and copy that connect more powerfully. We’re a seductive whisper into the ear of an over-communicated, shout-it-out-loud society.
- Evaluate your customer service and find ways to elevate it to a level of shareworthy delight.
For these services, we charge an upfront payment for a 2-day market visit and uncovery, then a small monthly fee to help you execute your new strategic marketing plan.
What it costs
Upfront payments start at USD$3500. In the last three years, monthly fees have started as low as $500 and as high as $3500. A lot of that depends on you and your capacity for growth.

The other stuff
With more than 400 advertising schedules in 37 states and provinces in North America, yes, for an additional fee, we will negotiate and place your advertising schedules for you.
Additionally, we routinely work with experienced, efficient graphic designers, printers, programmers and other vendors that understand our language, methodology and strict adherence to deadlines. These vendors will be made available to you. Any costs associated with outside vendors will be covered by you.
