What are the last three things your company celebrated?
We can learn a lot about both your goals and values by the things and people you celebrate. These action speak volumes to our company.
Did you celebrate hitting a financial goal?
Did you celebrate a new business development goal?
Did you celebrate Merle Haggard’s birthday?
Did you celebrate a customer satisfaction score like CSI or NPS?
Did you get together to watch the first round of the NCAA Tournament?
Did you celebrate an employee’s birthday? A customer’s?
Did you go to a baseball game together for no particular reason at all?
Did you simply celebrate the fact that it was Thursday?
Tell me about the last three parties your company threw, and I will tell you about your company.
(If you can’t remember the last three parties … or two … or even the last party your company had, then you can probably guess my advice to you.)

Every single day we celebrate customer birthdays by ringing a 32 pound brass bell and cheering wildly.
Last Monday we celebrated Monday brought to you by the letter “M” and gave anyone who had a mustache or could fake a mustache a mustache-shaped cookie.
Tomorrow we are setting up a a Pinewood Derby racing track (50 feet long!) and giving all those who made pinewood derby cars a second chance at glory with a one-and-done March Madness style competition (with prizes for the Final Four) and if you beat our car you also win a prize.

Here is the list of our last three parties Tim:
1. Two employee birthdays this week. One lunch and one breakfast catered in.
2. Happy hour to watch a Cardinals game because we all love the Cardinals!
3. Painting party at Canvas on Broadway where we all became wonderful artists.
Now tell me about Bucket Media Tim! 🙂
